How to access the raw data: Published as one CSV per calendar year on seshat.datasd.org under the "Get It Done" program. Closed-request files follow the naming pattern "get_it_done_requests_closed_YYYY_datasd.csv" (2016 onward). A separate rolling "get_it_done_requests_open_datasd.csv" holds all currently open requests regardless of age. Fields include service_request_id, date_requested, case_record_type, service_name, service_name_detail, status, lat, lng, street_address, council_district, and comm_plan_name.
